If you are looking for the authentic market experience, we have plenty to offer. You can find a market in the area on almost each day of the week: Riberac, Chalais, Aubeterre, Brantome, Villebois-Lavalette...They all take place in beautiful surroundings and you'll soon be able to enjoy choosing that perfect corn-fed chicken  or that beautifully hand-painted ceramic.

Local Shopping 

Although we are in the country, you'll always find a well-stocked supermarket nearby (5 kms). In our village, a one stop little grocery shop will provide you with bread, milk, local delicacies and fine meat!A short drive to Angouleme will take you to the area's various shopping centres and to the more sophisticated boutiques of the city.
