Le Pigeonnier is a very unusual property with a great feeling of space and freedom, suitable for couples and small families. 

The ground floor opens from its private south-facing terrace to an open plan living area combining a modern fitted kitchen, dining and lounge ( with a double sleeper-sofa) .A door leads off to a separate shower room and a toilet.

Upstairs, on the large mezzanine overlooking the lounge, the bedroom is equipped with two single beds or a double with a possibility of adding an extra single if required.

Lovely views over the private grounds and the swimming-pools !
